About Lyon’s Gate Community
Lyons Gate is a large, master-planned community consisting of 1,942 lots. We are located south of Ray Road between Greenfield and Recker in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 21 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 3 miles west of Williams Gateway Airport with convenient access to AZ State Route 202 and US-60.
Our community is served by the Higley Unified School District. Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend San Tan Elementary School while high school students attend Higley High School.
Lyons Gate is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
