Planned Development Services has been in business since 1995 managing approximately 38,000 units in the Valley. PDS is a member of Community Association Institute and encourages all our managers as well as support staff to further their knowledge via classes, seminars and various publications. PDS managers average over 10 years experience each.

Our organization is structured to insure accurate communication between Board Members, homeowners, managers and support staff. All our managers are appointed bookkeepers and administrative staff to enable them to be effective and efficient. Each homeowner will have personal access to each person appointed to handle his or her community. All support staff have access to all necessary homeowner computer information and can answer most any questions quickly and accurately.

PDS uses the best that technology has to offer. Our computer system is second to none in the industry. Our managers are equipped with personal computers as well as home based accessibility. All managers are issued cellular phones for ease of communications.

PDS hires only experienced, highly qualified managers. Your manager will be on site at least once weekly (depending on the size of the project, visits will increase as needed in relation to size). Weekly site inspections are provided by the Quality Control Manager to insure that not only the property is being maintained by it's members, but the maintenance crews as well. PDS welcomes feedback from the entire community and has a 24 hour dispatch service for reporting emergencies or problems within the community. PDS works closely with city officials and police departments as an extra measure of security and peace of mind.

PDS's doors are always open. Should a Board member or other community member have difficulties or issues not easily resolved by the manager, then PDS management steps in. With over 40 years experience in community management, we feel we can work through any issues that may arise. Our goal is to do all that it takes to preserve your sense of community and in doing so, increase your property values.

Hurricane Aquatics

Hurricane Aquatics has been in business since January 2001. Janet Scheffman, the owner of Hurricane Aquatics, has been in the lake management business for 10 years and has been the lake manager for Arrowhead Phase V since the lakes were constructed.

Janet has a bachelors degree in Marine Science from the University of Miami. She worked as an aquatic research scientist in Florida for three years before moving to Arizona. She was employed by Aquatic Dynamics from 1994 until that business closed. Janet is a certified SCUBA diver and has been diving for over 20 years. She is a registered applicator and qualifying party with the Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission.

Hurricane Aquatics works closely in conjunction with Clear Water Engineering and the Fresh Catch Fish Company. CWE provides maintenance and repair of pumps, and other mechanical equipment FCFC provides the beneficial fish for stocking that are used for biological control of algae, weeds and insect larvae.
